- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in tender coordination, procurement, or bid management, preferably in the UK market.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, procurement regulations, and public sector procurement frameworks in the UK.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in tender management software/tools being a plus.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess tender requirements, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Results-driven attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality tender submissions that meet client expectations and contribute to business growth.
